Customer-list intake

Send the list. We’ll prepare the next campaign.

Two ways to send us your past-customer list: (1) email torquewell-2@polsia.app and we’ll create the same approval-ready draft, or (2) upload a CSV here for an immediate intake receipt. We validate the file, import usable rows, and bucket each past customer by months-since-last-service (under 18, 18–36, over 36). Customer/contact exports are valid without enrichment columns: service date, equipment, and install details are optional and missing values are shown as Not provided. Rows without a service date land in a needs-enrichment bucket rather than being assigned a made-up age. Exact DNS and Do Not Service tags are hard exclusions from both email and SMS; excluded records remain visible in the imported report, but never enter an eligible audience. Email and SMS drafts are prepared for review only — nothing sends without your explicit approval.

Required: Customer Name or First Name + Last Name. Service date, equipment/tags, install year/date, phone, and email are optional. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD or M/D/YYYY; common CRM labels are recognized.

Safety filter: exact DNS and Do Not Service tags are hard exclusions from both channels. They remain visible in the report for review.
