Question 1

Who owns the customer list I send?

Accepted Answer

Your field-service system stays the source of truth for your customer and job records. Torquewell starts with the export you choose to send, handles that file encrypted in transit, and supports deletion on request. We work from your list to draft a campaign; we do not claim a legal transfer of ownership.

Question 2

Will another contractor get my trade area?

Accepted Answer

No. Torquewell runs one reactivation campaign per (ZIP, trade). We check coverage before signup, and once you claim an open area, that claimed area belongs to your contractor business. No second contractor gets the same ZIP and trade campaign.

Question 3

How do I know which campaign produced the job?

Accepted Answer

Drafts stay reviewable, and nothing sends without your explicit approval. Where the product record supports it, reporting ties booked and closed revenue back to the campaign and the message that started the conversation. That gives you a trail to inspect; it is not a guarantee of bookings or revenue.

Question 4

How is pricing set by client-list size?

Accepted Answer

The reactivation rate is based on the dormant client list. Starter (0–499) is $950 plus a $500 setup fee as a one-time project. Bronze (500–1,499) is $1,800/month plus a $750 setup fee. Silver (1,500–3,499) is $3,000/month plus a $1,000 setup fee. Gold (3,500–6,999) is $4,800/month plus a $1,500 setup fee. Platinum (7,000+) is $7,500/month plus a $2,000 setup fee. Additional trade segments are +$300/month beyond the first.

Question 5

What happens when the agreement comes up for renewal?

Accepted Answer

Rates are locked for the agreement term. If rates change for a renewal period, we give 30 days’ written notice before renewal. You may choose not to renew during that notice window.
